BY MOTORWAY

     Coming from Parma (A15) or from Livorno (A12), exit at "La Spezia-S. Stefano Magra" and follow the indications for La Spezia.

       Arrived in town, follow the signs to Genoa (SSs1 Aurelia), after about 5 km, on the hills that dominate the gulf, you will find on your left the indications for Castè, Cozzano, Carpena, turn and you will find us after 200 meters on the left.

        Coming from Genoa (A15) exit at "Borghetto Vara-Brugnato" and follow the indications for La Spezia (Via Foce) on SSs1 Aurelia.       After about 15 km you find on your right directions for Castè, Cozzano, Carpena, turn and you will find us after 200 meters on the left.

BY TRAIN

        Step down in La Spezia Centrale, then taxi up to "La Foce", or by bus with line 15.
