Generally, guests are accommodated in private bedrooms with private bathrooms, or in a suite of rooms including an en suite bathroom. Some homes have private bedrooms with a bathroom which is shared with other guests. Breakfast is served in the bedroom, a dining room, or the host's kitchen.

B&Bs are operated as a secondary source of income. Usually the owners themselves prepare the breakfast and clean the room etc., but some bed and breakfasts hire staff for cleaning or cooking.

The room is furnished with a 27" colour TV, free Astra and Hotbird satellite channels (the receiver is embedded with SECA and VIACCESS Cams), ADSL(LAN) free connection, air conditioning, refrigerator, ensuite bathroom with a bodj yets shower, double bed size, and private terrace.

 The B&B "Not Too Bad" has got a quiet, restful, peaceful and charming garden with barnyard animals running around (chickens, ducks, goose, rabbits, and pigmy-goats).

Pets are welcome.

The B&B "Not Too Bad" is located in an area abundant in wildlife (squirrels, birds, birds of prey, wild boars, vixens, pheasants).

From the B&B "Not Too Bad" La Spezia railway station and the harbour are reachable within a few minutes driving.

Pisa (Florence airport) is 70 Km away, while Genoa is 90.
